Customer Experience Representative
Responsible for day-to-day operations and sales activities of the store which include ensuring appropriate display and cleanliness of products, providing customer service services to store customers and ensuring that customers queries & complaints are handled in a professional and friendly manner.
· Handle the day-to-day operations & sales activities in the store, ensure that sales targets are met and adhere to the highest standards in delivering quality services to customers.
· Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, the services provided are quick and efficient
· Ensure that all products and displays are effectively visible to customers and ensure brochures / models / demos are available and clear for customers convenience in case of products that are large in size, to maximize sales and profitability.
· Ensure sufficient stock levels and availability of products through either automatic replenishment or through manual orders placement in line with store’s management guidelines and sales plans.
· Receive products and allocate them in their designated display area in a timely manner.
· Handle all activities related to store’s displays including shelves, stands, etc. and ensure the store display meets The Company’s merchandising guideline.
· Adhere to The Company’s store guidelines by maintaining store cleanliness & order, ensuring timely maintenance of the store and reporting suspicious activities like shoplifting and belligerent customers to security.
· Maintain accurate records of all branch activities including sales, revenues, promotions, special events, etc.
· Prepare and submit reports that cover all the Sales Department’s activities, and other related fields for the management as required.
