Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you don’t want an item you purchased - so we offer you a grace period of 15 days to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition, the box must be sealed, and all accessories must be included. To complete your return, we require the original receipt.
There are certain items which are not eligible for return or refund, these include: * Gift cards
To return your item, simply visit the store where you purchased it or contact us via email at info@anker.com.kw or call us on +965 1889991.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 6 weeks. Refunds will be subject to the deduction of the applicable commission paid (2% on Visa and MasterCard transactions and KD0.100 on KNet transactions).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 6 weeks, please contact us at info@anker.com.kw or call us on +965 1889991.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@anker.com.kw and a customer service representative will be coordinating the exchange.
